Long story short, my sister and I wanted to redecorate our mom's bedroom for her birthday and Horizon helped us get it done. So, I somehow ended up in charge of the window blinds deal and started looking online, where I found Horizon. Mom was so happy! GREAT SERVICE!! Visited the showroom in Chelsea, there was a great selection of shades, drapes and design ideas. Service was professional and experienced; they had worked in my building and made good recommendations about the shades that would work for the space. more

Would highly recommend this vendor! 10/25/2013

Would highly recommend this vendor! I walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately by a highly knowledgeable sales person, I then made an appointment for a home measure that week- the appointment was done exactly on time and I got exactly what I wanted all within my budget. The custom rollers were even ready a week early and the installation crew was on time, courteous and cleaned up after the install. I couldn't be happier!!! more

The price was very fair.....18 windows.....and the solar shades were up in 2 weeks. I called them back for a minor issue and they responded promptly and with no charge of course. I suggest if you’re unhappy to speak to Eric who gets things done. more

The showroom is also beautiful 9/12/2013

At first, I was just going to go for the cheapest option, which would be Blinds to Go, for curtains and blinds since I didn't want to shell out big bucks for what I consider a non-essential accessory for my rooms. BUT, my friend convinced me to go for Horizon Window Treatments for the blinds and curtains I needed for about six rooms. I received great customer service from Horizon employees who really knew about decor in general. The showroom is also beautiful and I recommend anyone looking for the best-quality blind, curtain (and shades!) options for an OK price with individualized customer service and personal attention, to go here. It's worth it! more

I was really impressed 9/6/2013

I recently helped a friend relocate to NYC and in doing so, had to search in a new place for the right retailers to help her out. While she unpacked, I offered to run a few of her errands and wound up checking out Horizon Window Treatments showroom on West 24th Street. Even though I don't often find myself in the market for curtains, I was really impressed with this retailer right away. I definitely recommended my friend head back and check it out for herself. After all, she has a new apartment to furnish and the skilled staff at Horizon could really save her a lot of hassle! more

I filled out a form for a quote online and I was contacted in no time by a very friendly representative who ever so graciously walked me through the process. OK finished product, but very late product delivery and expensive 6/18/2012

We were in need of blinds in a short time frame (2 large south facing windows). We had the sales person visit, he showed us options, he was helpful and offered what he said was a discount if we signed / paid a 50% the same day. I signed because he said an install would be possible on the date I was requesting 3 weeks later. I was then called to say that install would be later, upon talking to the sales rep again he said it was late and there was nothing he could do. The person who was arranging the install then gave me a date 2 weeks later (as the installer and electrician both needed to be there for the install).\r \r On the agreed date 3 installers did arrive within the window advised, and quickly installed the blinds and did a good job tidying up. We had the follow up visit to sand and paint where the power had been installed in the wall and adjust the length of one blind 3 days later and he did a good job.\r \r On the product itself I would give a rating of 4 stars, because I thin more
