We were in need of blinds in a short time frame (2 large south facing windows). We had the sales person visit, he showed us options, he was helpful and offered what he said was a discount if we signed / paid a 50% the same day. I signed because he said an install would be possible on the date I was requesting 3 weeks later. I was then called to say that install would be later, upon talking to the sales rep again he said it was late and there was nothing he could do. The person who was arranging the install then gave me a date 2 weeks later (as the installer and electrician both needed to be there for the install).\r \r On the agreed date 3 installers did arrive within the window advised, and quickly installed the blinds and did a good job tidying up. We had the follow up visit to sand and paint where the power had been installed in the wall and adjust the length of one blind 3 days later and he did a good job.\r \r On the product itself I would give a rating of 4 stars, because I thin more
