Honda Windward

This is our second time going to Honda Windward for a vehicle. We went through the same sales person who helped us last year when we purchased our very first new vehicle. We had such great service that time, we decided to go through them again. This time we ended up leasing our vehicle. We originally were going to get a used vehicle, but Bob suggested leasing. At first we were hesitant because we never leased, but Bob explained to us and answered all our questions. So, we decided to lease, and it was a great decision in our opinion. Bob Laudick is such a great person. He takes the time to answer your questions and he is very thorough when it comes to explaining the vehicle. The process from finding a car to driving off the lot took almost 3 hours, but it didn't even seem that long because Bob entertains you by telling you jokes and just talking to you about general things, all awhile, making sure you understand everything about the car and the process. So if you are ever in need of a car, go to Honda Windward and request to see Bob Laudick. He will try to help you as much as possible with getting you the best deal and making sure you leave there satisfied and happy. I was very surprised to find the dealer to be very amiable. Bob never pressured me into buying a car beyond my needs but pointed out a variety of choices with affordable prices. Bob was very knowledgable about all the vehicles he offered and was able to answer all of my questions. Bob Laudick worked with me. He answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, gave me a great price, and explained the pros and cons of various options I asked about. He never pushed any upgrade - though I did upgrade my original plan just because I liked some things I saw. This was so much better than some other dealers I talked to - one which wouldn't even quote me a price unless I was going to buy then! (I was a couple weeks of research away from a final decision). I don't like game playing so I really appreciated Honda Windward's approach. I want a dealer that treats me well and fairly. In return, I tend to stick with them for decades! I had this on the mainland from two dealers (only changed because I moved far away each time). This was first purchase in Hawaii and I'm pleased. more
