I was very surprised to find the dealer to be very amiable. Bob never pressured me into buying a car beyond my needs but pointed out a variety of choices with affordable prices. Bob was very knowledgable about all the vehicles he offered and was able to answer all of my questions. He offered tea while we went over paperwork and went over some important points a few times so I wouldn't forget. He gave me some great references to look to for future reference.
