Bob Laudick worked with me. He answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, gave me a great price, and explained the pros and cons of various options I asked about. He never pushed any upgrade - though I did upgrade my original plan just because I liked some things I saw.
This was so much better than some other dealers I talked to - one which wouldn't even quote me a price unless I was going to buy then! (I was a couple weeks of research away from a final decision).
I don't like game playing so I really appreciated Honda Windward's approach.
I want a dealer that treats me well and fairly. In return, I tend to stick with them for decades! I had this on the mainland from two dealers (only changed because I moved far away each time). This was first purchase in Hawaii and I'm pleased.
