Quite expensive, and service is a bit slow, even though it has not been that busy in this economy.... maybe they layed off too many people and service also suffered?

Easy service and quick 10/25/2011

No wait or need to schedule. A few reminders with no pressure for added service. Just back from a Northwest trip and the car was spruced up unexpectantly. My service time was productive using email while I had coffee. more

Super Easy Service 10/17/2011

Same day service! Our Honda Fit was due for the A12 service. I called at 8am and got an appointment for 10am, on the same day! Easy scheduling is our #1 concern with two kids and two working parents :-) I love the confidence of knowing that our service is completed at the dealership... no worries about defective parts, warranties, etc. Super convenient to BART when we have to get back to work and can't wait while the service is performed. more

I came in for a routine oil change this morning. In the course of his work the mechanic discovered that I had a nail in my tire. As usual the folks at El Cerrito Honda were friendly, courteous, efficient and meticulous in their work. I enjoy doing business with these people. more

The only car I have ever bought new was at Honda of El Cerrito. It was an accord and I've never had a single problem with it in 11 years. Honda cars are the best money can buy because of their reliability. The service department is outstanding and everyone there is cheerful and upbeat, especially Ron Maio! more

The only place 9/29/2011

Honda of El Cerrito is the only place I will service my car and buy a new car. Their service people are excellent, especially Paul Forte, who is the one who usually takes care of me. He goes all out to give good service. Had to take my other car in today to Honda. Once again, the service was excellent!! Twice in the same month and two times the excellent service. more
