Poor Customer Service 3/1/2016

I went in the other day to exchange my ring I received as a gift. First of all, I was very displeased with the way that I was completely ignored as I entered the store. Then, when I asked to exchange my ring they didn't have them in-stock. She said they would have to order one... and she had no idea when it would be here. I feel it is kind of absurd that she had no idea when the shipment would be in, considering she runs the store. I felt this was unprofessional and the way she was answering my questions was short and as if she didn't have the time of day to talk to me. She took my information to contact me when the ring would be in, and she also took the ring and receipt and left me with no proof of purchase. I felt that was odd, so I went back in the next day, still wasn't greeted, and asked her if I could at least have my original ring back until the shipment came in. She proceeded to tell me that she could NOT do that and it was strictly against their "exchange policy". I don't understand how it would be against an exchange policy since I got nothing in return... especially since she has NO idea when the shipment would be in. I then asked her if I could AT LEAST have the receipt back to have some form of proof for the purchase.... and she ROLLED HER EYES and went behind her counter. She began to DIG THROUGH THE TRASH and handed me my receipt. I was EXTREMELY displeased with the way I was treated and I can honestly say I will NEVER use this business again. That is no way to treat someone that is buying from YOUR store. more

Horrible Customer Service 12/6/2015

I will never shop in this place again.The lady seemed agitated & in a rush.I purchased a charm & had to ask for a bag. OH! THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUNDS.I went in a few,days prior,the lady was kind but the next time I went she was with a customer and you could tell she purposely ignored me,but you two bitties will never have to worry about me stepping a foot in your establishment. I wish I had the time to just stand outside with a sign advising people not to shop with you..You really don't deserve 1 star period...Awful customer service..Wakeup bitties it's 2015....Bad news travels very fast...Watch the news..Look at social media..People take your money elsewhere. more

I'm so sorry... Part 2 8/3/2015

After reading these reviews, I can't help but notice that all of the positive reviews use Jill''s name. Maybe my problem was I don't know Jull. Maybe you have to be on a first name basis with the owner in order to get good customer service. I also noticed that a lot of the reviews mentioned charging for gift wrapping. I was offered by the clerk to wrap my gift. She also offered to wrap the blouse that I brought into the store in another bag with me. To be honest, I think she just wanted to check my bag to see if I stole something. She was eyeballing the bag from the moment I walked into the store. While there, I overheard her charge someone for a box for the several hundred dollars worth of jewelry that the person had purchased. You have got to be kidding me! more

I'm so terribly sorry that I interrupted your day with my $60 purchase. It was very obvious to me that you felt that I was a total inconvenience. I was chastised like a small child for touching the merchandise. A fantastic inventory at this little shop however I will not return. 8/3/15 more

Customer Service 3/3/2015

Wish I could give 1/2 star -- or none at all. This place is ridiculous. Their attitudes have always been high and mighty. I keep giving them one more chance -- but after my last encounter with them, that's it. If you want my business, no need to act like you are better than me. I have made plenty of purchases with you but have finally learned my lesson. No more. more
