After reading these reviews, I can't help but notice that all of the positive reviews use Jill''s name. Maybe my problem was I don't know Jull. Maybe you have to be on a first name basis with the owner in order to get good customer service. I also noticed that a lot of the reviews mentioned charging for gift wrapping. I was offered by the clerk to wrap my gift. She also offered to wrap the blouse that I brought into the store in another bag with me. To be honest, I think she just wanted to check my bag to see if I stole something. She was eyeballing the bag from the moment I walked into the store. While there, I overheard her charge someone for a box for the several hundred dollars worth of jewelry that the person had purchased. You have got to be kidding me! more
