I have been a customer for many years, but I have to say that the customer service is VERY VERY bad. I couldn't believe that after spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years, I was told by the front desk staff that I and my family are no longer welcome at their office because I missed a payment of $30 and they cancelled all future appointments for my family, and my account was sent to collection, even though, I was planning on paying the full balance at my next visit. Keep in mind that they always over charged me for services performed and most of the time I had a credit posted on my account, and they refused to refund me the credit balance several times in the past and asked me to use the money for future visits, but as soon as I owed them $30 dollars they started calling me every day and they sent me several letters. I am extremely disappointed by the bad customer service, especially when they decided to lose a family of 6 patients over a very small amount that I was planning on paying anyway. I am not sure what is the best way to educate these people about the fact that there are many other dental offices within a walking distance from their office and if they keep this level of poor customer service and love for pennies, they will end up with NO customers and no business all together. I wish them the best, but I will never go back again.
