My family and I just moved from central Illinois and have been having a hard time finding a dental office to regularly make appointments at. We received a flyer from HLDC and decided we would try out this office. We were highly impressed from the moment we walked in the door. The staff was so friendly and took care of all our questions. I don't think I have ever been in a doctors office where the staff was so accommodating. The dental hygienist was wonderful with my children (they have never been sure of the dentists office :-/). The doctor was patient with them and made them feel very comfortable. After having very good experience with this office, we have finally found a place we can take our family to receive GREAT dental care! I find it hard to believe these negative reviews...there has to be more to their stories. I will recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a dental office! :)
