Hernandez Collision Center is by far the best collision center; I would not take my vehicle any where else, no matter what my insurance company might tell me. Hernadez Collision Center is very professional and knowledgeable. They made the process so easy and quick to get my vehicle in and repaired and even teamed with Enterprise to get me in a rental car hassle free. I was beyond pleased with the repairs. I will ONLY use Hernadez Collision Center from now on. more

Exactly what DavidBrewer below stated happened to me. My car was hit while I was puting gas in my car. The other driver's insurance company told me they did not have a preferred shop so I took the car to Hernandez for the repair, my car was hit on the driver and passenger doors. the insurance company sent a check for what the adjusted wrote plus another check for ""supplement"" then Hernandez said they were short 1860.00 because after they started the repair they found problems they had not disclosed in the original estimate, so instead of getting with the Insurance company they did those repairs without consulting them and they would not release me the car. After 9 weeks I finally paid the 1860.00 so I would get my car back, they also wanted to charge me an extra charge for paying with a credit card.Did I mentioned that I was not at fault in this accident? oh yes I did. I have my case with the Georgia Insurance Commisioner and a lawyer. Please listen DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO HERNANDEZ COLLISION, crooks, liers, dishonest. Cari Perez-Savannah GA more

I took my truck for repair to Hernandez shop. He told me all this story about using factory parts. When I pick up my truck the fender repair was horrible and the bumper was a reproduction. The mud flap and the bumper plastic was loose and missing hardware. Really bad job. more

DISHONEST CROOKS!!!!! 9/4/2011

Danny, Bob and April are liers!!! They make their living by screwing customers over and making false claimes towards insurance companies! Bob is a preacher which adds to the corruption of this bussiness. When u drop your car off they have you sign a a contract that gives them basicaly Power of Attorney over your car. Thats how it begins, they then come up with BOGUS charges to submit to the insurance companies that will refuse to pay so Danny then charges the customer the difference and the customer has already unknowingly signed aggreeing to pay these BOGUS charges. I personaly have seen how they do bussiness and have worked to help get customers cars back from them. Danny brags on how he has lawyers on retainer. Doing bussiness the way he does i can see why he does. All of the good reviews you see on here is written by his employes when not answering the phones, talking to lawyers or SCREWING VENDORS OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!! more

The people at Hernandez Collision Center are the type people you want as neighbors or trusted advisers. They have been a blessing to me. Most recently I had a car accident. I am glad we had our car taken to Hernandez. They immediately helped with the insurance coverage explaining and going over any coverage options. We got a fair settlement from all the insurance companies in large part because of Danny, Bob and April. I would never consider taking our vehicle to any other place. Awesome Customer Service! 5/17/2011

Our son's pickup was severely damaged by baseball sized hail. Our insurance company wanted to take shortcuts and not properly repair his truck. Hernandez went to bat for us, guided and directed us through the whole process. They helped us obtain from our insurance company the approval to correctly repair the vehicle. The repairs were done accurately, the truck actually was restored to pre-storm condition, you can't tell it was ever damaged. Hernandez personnel maintained contact with us every step of the way. The customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend Hernandez Collision Center, and will definitely return if we ever need auto body work! more

Great customer service 3/19/2011

This is the first time using Hernandez and we will go back to them. My husband's truck was damaged in the front in a wreck. The insurance was not customer-friendly and Hernandez took care of everything. Our truck was fixed and looks great. We are definitely happy with the results and would use Hernandez again. My enclosed trailer came off of the hitch and\r damaged the back end of my truck. Having used Hernandez Collision Center a couple of times in the past I dropped the truck by the Ogeechee Road shop for an estimate. I met\r with April Miller who provided an estimate and\r I set up an appointment for repairs. April was\r very professional and I was treated with courtesy and respect. WOW - How unusual these days. The truck was repaired within two days and the repair was unnoticeable. Factory\r original parts were used and I am very happy with the repair work. April dealt with the insurance company and I had no problems. I would highly recommend Hernandez Collision Center. more

The WORST EVER !!! 10/28/2010

My 2004 Accord needed a new front plastic bumper. Grainger Honda said this was their "bodyshop" . They painted the new bumper and it did not match, not even close. They said it was the insurance companys fault ??? So, because the paint dont match, thay painted the whole front half of the car without my permission or the insurance company. Now the bumper matches the front half but the front half and back half are 2 different colors. Also they broke all the trim items and want me to pay for that. On top of all of this, the little punk with the spikey hair was a total jerk. I will never go there again, or the Honda dealer that sent me there, more
