My 2004 Accord needed a new front plastic bumper. Grainger Honda said this was their "bodyshop" . They painted the new bumper and it did not match, not even close. They said it was the insurance companys fault ??? So, because the paint dont match, thay painted the whole front half of the car without my permission or the insurance company. Now the bumper matches the front half but the front half and back half are 2 different colors. Also they broke all the trim items and want me to pay for that. On top of all of this, the little punk with the spikey hair was a total jerk. I will never go there again, or the Honda dealer that sent me there,
