The WORST EVER !!! 10/28/2010

My 2004 Accord needed a new front plastic bumper. Grainger Honda said this was their ""bodyshop"" . They painted the new bumper and it did not match, not even close. They said it was the insurance companys fault ??? So, because the paint dont match, thay painted the whole front half of the car without my permission or the insurance company. Now the bumper matches the front half but the front half and back half are 2 different colors. Also they broke all the trim items and want me to pay for that. On top of all of this, the little punk with the spikey hair was a total jerk. I will never go there again, or the Honda dealer that sent me there, more

THE WORST PLACE EVER 9/21/2010

If you hear a radio ad for a bodyshop, that means " help we have no customers other than the honda dealer that sent me there who is recieving kickbacks." I will never deal with grainger honda nor this place again. The guy at the shop was more of a scum than the guy who sold the car. The ding was in front very small and they ripped aprt the whole side, broke all the moldings and clips. They cant match the paint so they painted half the car for a golfball size dent in front. So they ruined half the original paint on my new car so they could get more money from the insurance company. NEVER listen to your dealer that doesnt have a body shop like grainger honda. Listen to your insurance company, they will pay to fix your car, but they are on top of this guy and his scummy family in laws. This guy gives all body shops a bad image like you would see on 60 minutes. Go elsewhere. more

I RECENTLY USED THIS SHOP FOR REPAIRS AFTER VISITING THEIR FACILITY FOR "AN ESTIMATE" LITTLE DID I KNOW-ALOT OF PROMISES AND 1300.00 ADDT'L BEYOND MY 500.00 DEDUCTIBLE LATER MY CAR WAS FIXED---FOUND OUT THEY OVERCHARGED MY INS CO BY THOUSANDS AND HELD MY VEHICLE HOSTAGE UNTIL I PAID THE BILL. SO THE SHOP TOLD ME WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR, TOOK MY VEH AND STARTED REPAIRS, AND CHARGED ME 1300.00 BEYOND WHAT THE INS CO PAID!!!! AND....THE REPAIRS WERN'T EVEN THAT GOOD! I have used Hernadez twice and had trouble both time. The first one was for an older car which I could let things slide. The second was for a brand new car. They could never get the panels adjusted correctly after a month and had over-spray in many places. I had to take in to another to get the work re-done with my insurances approval. They acted as if they were doning us a favor by lending us the bosses truck instead of extending our rental but infact they were trying to cut their losses by not paying any out of pocket expenses. I will never recommend anybody to use them. Pros: They appear to be friend and professional Cons: They are the opposite more

Hernandez Collision Center is the benchmark when it comes to a Body Shop in the Savannah Area, for that matter in the whole state of Georgia. The people at this company treat you like family and are always pro-active in letting you know where your vehicle stands in the process. Furthermore, they treat you like a person and are looking at for you when it comes to interacting with insurance companies. Their work is very good and I have never had an issue with having to come back like I have had with other body shops in the area. The truth of the matter is, if there was a standard on how a Body Shop should be ran and how to treat its customers, Hernandez is that standard. I would never go anywhere else!! 7/22/2009

I have gone to Hernandez Collision Center for every problem I've had on my cars since I was 16. They greet me with a smile every time I walk in the door and are quick to help me with what I need. Not only that, but they have always done top work on my car. For example, I had hail damage to a brand new car recently, and they did a wonderful job in fixing it. They reassured me from the beginning that it could be fully fixed and look as good as new, which it did! They are also looking out for what's best for their customers. They make sure that you get the best deal and best work in town. With the economy the way it is these days, we need honesty and hard work. We don't need a job that's half done; improper repair with inadequate parts that aren't safe; and we all know that can easily be done. I can say first hand that at Hernandez, they have kept me safe on the road! I wouldn't trust anyone else! Pros: Friendly environment, honest, top quality work Cons: A bit of a drive for me but well worth it. more
