They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

Worst

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

Good service, but you need to use higher quality parts rather than after market parts, i.e, oil filters and oil. 2/20/2014

Efficient, honest, and accommodating 2/15/2014

I am just excited that you even sent an email asking for a review. I have never known a car shop to do that. You also keep a record online of what work we have had done on our cars! Way to go. I will definitely be coming back. more

Awesome customer service and prices 2/1/2014

We don't take our cars anywhere else but to Brad and his team. They are easy to work with - they explain easily exactly what's wrong and what it will cost to fix it. If they find something else, they always come back to you and ask for your approval before they make the repairs. more

Another satisfied experience .... This time on my son's car..... got a lube, oil & filter service with a tire rotation. I wanted a transmission service as well but Brad was honest with me and said "on my particular model that I should take to the dealer for that." Thought that was nice of him to be honest with me instead doing something that might hurt my car. I'll definitely be back. more

Nice folks here. Listened to my complaints on my truck ... called me back in just a short time with their diagnosis ... fair price I agreed to, called me back a few hours later with job complete :) first time my F150 hasn't made that annoying ticking noise since I've owned it. Service as it should be 1/2/2014

In this day and age it is rare to find customer service. It still exists as Hermitage Hills Brake and Auto. I brought my son's car in to have the brakes looked at. It was after hours so I filled out the service request form and left it parked. The next day I got the call with the info about what needed to be done. Not once did I get a feeling that I was being screwed over or that the people I was dealing with was dishonest. I was given an honest, practical estimate and no work was done without my first being informed. As a customer that is all I ask for. No unnecessary work was done and everything was explained to me to the point that I felt comfortable. I'll definitely be doing more business here in the future. more

Brad and his team provide great service - they go above and beyond to make sure you understand the problem with your car and what it will cost to fix it. Repairs are done in a timely manner at very reasonable rates more
