Review content:
In this day and age it is rare to find customer service. It still exists as Hermitage Hills Brake and Auto. I brought my son's car in to have the brakes looked at. It was after hours so I filled out the service request form and left it parked. The next day I got the call with the info about what needed to be done. Not once did I get a feeling that I was being screwed over or that the people I was dealing with was dishonest. I was given an honest, practical estimate and no work was done without my first being informed. As a customer that is all I ask for. No unnecessary work was done and everything was explained to me to the point that I felt comfortable. I'll definitely be doing more business here in the future.
