They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

Worst

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

Excellent Customer Service 7/14/2014

I contacted Hermitage Hills Brakes and Auto to have the Brake Fluid flush performed on my 2009 BMW X5. The service was timely, done correctly and priced at 1/2 what I paided BMW for the same service. In other words priced fairly. Highly recommend. more

I always receive considerate, timely service. The crew are courteous, hardworking, honest men. I never worry whether what is recommended or done is really needed. I've always been treated more than fairly and would go nowhere else. I truly appreciate and trust HHB&A, Brad, Keith and all the guys to keep me safe on the road. more

Every time I go here I get great, friendly service. They are honest about what you need and don't need for your vehicle and they never try to "upsell" you or push other services or products on you. They are very dependable and quick. I'm definitely a life long customer. more

You feel comfortable coming here 5/31/2014

Hermitage Hills Brake & Auto is the type of car care center that you do not see much any more. They are large enough to be able to provide great service but still small enough to care. It's the one place in the area that I will trust my Lexus to other than the dealer. They do great work, they are honest and they always contact me before they do anything to let me know what the problem is and how much it will cost. After they fix my vehicle they explain to me what was wrong and possibly what caused it. I've been coming to them for over ten years now and I will keep coming back. more

Always great service 5/30/2014

Brad and his team always do a great job - my 1999 Toyota Camry has over 235,000 miles and still runs great. Brad and his team are a huge part of that success. I highly recommend them - they treat each person fairly and do a great job explaining what's going on with my car more

Honest people and good prices. 5/9/2014

Once again I was pleasantly surprised from my experience with Hermitage Hills Brake. My A/C quit working and I knew I was going having to pay a ton of $$. Instead, they found I had a broken belt and got me out the door for well under $100. I could not have been any more excited. Thank you Brad and Keith!! more
