They do work that is asked for and required, at a fair price. They get it done timely.

We have used them many times in the past couple of years. I find the staff very honest and they promptly answer any questions we have had. The work has always been done properly...

Honest & Quick 4/10/2014

We took my van there for new brakes and an oil change. They were super helpful and friendly. They gave us an estimate and promised to call with an exact price and to let us know exactly what was needed on the van. They called gave us the exact price and had my van done in about 2 hours. Loved this experience and will always take our vehicles to them!! Highly recommend this place! more

Fixed The Problem 3/6/2014

Hermitage Hills fixed the problem with my heater quickly and efficiently. I assumed it was the blower motor and was prepared to pay for that repair. Instead they found it to be something electrical that was less expensive that what I was anticipating. It is nice to go to a shop that will not only fix the problem, but be honest and fair. more

Outstanding Customer Service 3/4/2014

I was "stood up" for a service appointment and called HH on a Saturday morning. They got me in and continued to worry about my wait even though they told me up-front there were several in front of me. Definitely call them again, probably today! more
