Having a German car can be very stressful because when you need it fixed, you might not know where to go to have the work done. I found Hermann’s International Auto Service searching online for a foreign car service shop. They had great reviews so I gave em a shot. When I took my car in they were very nice and professional. They go the work completed very quickly, and I was extremely happy with it. Since I know that there are other people that might need a place like this, I recommend them highly. more

\r \r Using a bad car service is the worst thing anyone can do when they own a German car. That is why I recommend Hermann’s International Auto Service. They know what they are doing, and they have the parts that are necessary to fix whatever is wrong with the car if not they can oder them and they get speedy delivery. They also do the work in a reasonable amount of time. They are a fantastic outfit that people should make sure they go to if they start to experience problems with their vehicle. I was very glad that I took my car to them. \r \r more

I was treated so well, and I will go back again. They took care of my car quickly and easily. I heard about them from someone at work, and I went right over to them. I will always go to them now to fix my car because of the way they handle their business. I am very impressed. more

\r \r \r My Audi wasn’t working to well, and I started to panic. I had no idea where to go to get it fixed. My friend at work recommended I look into the Hermann’s International Auto Service. I decided to do so, and I found out how great they are. They are worth it for anyone else that has problems with their German car because they handle the problem quickly and easily. I'm so tired of getting the run around from auto repair shops, so Hermann's has been a true blessing. I can't stress enough the expert level of care that myself and my car are given each time that I arrive. I've even been able to drop off the car after they are closed, due to the 24 hour drop-off policy. This fits into my busy schedule just perfectly, for if I were confined to the 9-5 schedule that most repair shops offer their customers, my car would never get fixed when it breaks down. \r more

Whenever my Mercedes broke down, I found it extremely hard to diagnose the problem on my own. I'm no mechanic but I know my way around a car for the most part. I decided to take the advice of a good friend and give Hermann's a whirl at pinpointing the issue that was giving me so much grief. To my surprise, they called me within only a few hours and told me it was only a $70 part. I cannot believe that I overlooked such a small problem that affected the car's performance as a whole so largely!\r more

I am proud to say I have recommended Hermann's to friends and family and have never had anyone unhappy about my recommendation. It is so rare nowadays to find a business that is honest in its approach to customers and professional in all the work they do. The last problem I had was with my Toyota. The brakes felt like they were about to fail, but I really wasn't sure what the matter was. Turns out the rear brakes needed adjustment. The shop found the problem right away and repaired it quickly. Now my car is running just like it's new again, and I am real happy with the results. Could not recommend Hermann's International enough. You will not be disappointed. more

Right when I walked in to this shop I was greeted by friendly and no-nonsense mechanics. The main guy was named Vic and he assured me they could take care of my problem. They were able to resolve everything quickly and I definitely felt like my car was in great hands. Thanks guys! more

After a couple failed attempts at getting my electrical problem fixed on my car, I found this gem of an auto repair shop. My headlights would randomly just go off while driving at night. Obviously a safety hazard but also a magnet for tickets. The guys at Hermann's got everything rewired and fixed in 2 days. Its been a week so far and everything is working perfectly. more

I brought my BMW i because the check engine light was on. I didn't have an appointment, but I explained that i was going on a trip, so the took it in and checked it right away. turned out that i had left my gas cap loose when I filled the tank. they tightened it up and told me to enjoy my trip. They didn't charge me anything! Well they made my trip to Portland much less stressful and they can be sure I will return the next time I need a repair or for my next oil change. more

Someone I can trust 7/13/2011

Ok, this is real simple. I have finally found someone I can trust to fix my car. Someone that's not going to cheat me and know's what he's doing. Someone that genuinely seems to care about the people who drive the cars he works on. I'll bring my Honda to Victor from now on, and any other car I may end up owning in the future too. Thanks for fixing my car and thanks for taking the time to listen. more

Everyone should take their car to Hermann's 7/12/2011

Being in the insurance industry doesn't allow for a great deal of down time, so when I have a problem with my Mercedes , or I need it serviced, I bring it to Victor at Hermann's. they always get me taken care of quickly, and at reasonable prices. I've been bringing my car here for the last 6 years and plan on continuing to bring it to Hermann's. It's sort of become a family tradition, as both my sons and my daughter also bring their car's to Hermann's too. more

I've been bringing my cars to Hermann's for the past 7 years and I'm impressed every time I come in. Whether it's my Honda Accord or my Range Rover they always give me quality service at a much better price than either of the dealers I used to take my cars to. Vic is always friendly and everyone seems to be doing their best to get my car done when I need it. They even give me a ride to work when I need it. I brought my Saturn in with a water leak into the passenger compartment. I had taken it to a dealer before and they told me that basically my car was old and they couldn't pinpoint the leak, so they'd have to try by replacing all kinds of seals. Well when I took it to Vic at Hermann's , they check the vehicle out and found that the drip rails where causing the issue and even though the part was discontinued by the dealer , they tracked it down and had them shipped direct. I am very grateful to them for putting in extra effort to get my car fixed right and finding parts that are now hard to get for my car more

The light no longer displays. 4/7/2011

My wife has an Audi and the engine light continued to come up. The place she had it worked on before seem to not completely understand. So we brought it here and the guy exactly what to replace. Some type of computer module and the light no longer displays. more
