I'm so tired of getting the run around from auto repair shops, so Hermann's has been a true blessing. I can't stress enough the expert level of care that myself and my car are given each time that I arrive. I've even been able to drop off the car after they are closed, due to the 24 hour drop-off policy. This fits into my busy schedule just perfectly, for if I were confined to the 9-5 schedule that most repair shops offer their customers, my car would never get fixed when it breaks down. \r
