Whenever my Mercedes broke down, I found it extremely hard to diagnose the problem on my own. I'm no mechanic but I know my way around a car for the most part. I decided to take the advice of a good friend and give Hermann's a whirl at pinpointing the issue that was giving me so much grief. To my surprise, they called me within only a few hours and told me it was only a $70 part. I cannot believe that I overlooked such a small problem that affected the car's performance as a whole so largely!\r
