I bought my Prius from Russel Toyota. It was the only place in the area that still had 2008 models left at the end of 2008, so I was forced to do business with them. From the get go I was treated like an idiot, and I left with a sour experience.
Every maintenance visit since then has been a trial for some reason or another, the service department is a mess.
Fast forward a couple of year. I moved to a different state. While registering my car here, I find out that Russel Toyota filled out their paperwork wrong and placed a lien on my car, despite the fact that I paid them in full at signing. So, I call their service department expecting that they will fix their mistake. They basically tell me that it's out of their hands and they couldn't care less. They give me a ""local"" number for the imaginary lien holder (after I told them I moved to a different state) and basically hung up on me.
These people could not care less about you or any issue with your car once it drives off their lot. As on today, they have a D+ listing with the Better Business Bureau.
