Chris did a great job taking care of us and walking us through the purchase process. However, we were a little annoyed by the attempt to upsell coating options and maintenance packages during the financing stage. It was a long day for us, and we didn?t need to spend extra time hearing about things we don?t need. He is just trying to do his job but perhaps consider making that part of the on-line shopping task so customers don?t have to answer those questions in the showroom. All in all this was by far a more pleasant experience than most.
