Sales person was extremely responsive and gave me understandable options to chose from and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Having a free loaner enabled me to continue to get to and from work while the repairs were made. more

Check your car carefully for dents and scratches while you are at the dealership!! I just learned this the hard way. I noticed a dent and various new scratches on my car after I got home and called Russell Toyota. Don't expect anyone to want to deal with you and once you do get a hold of someone, they will refuse to consider your claim because you didn't point it out while at the dealership! more

Best car buying experience, very happy! 5/12/2011

It was low pressure. I got an internet quote that was maybe $500 over invoice, the price of the truck I ultimately chose was competitive with the best local prices, and the salesman & business office accomodated my very busy schedule. Great experience, contrasts with other dealers (including other Toyota dealers) I've dealt with. I'll be back and will recommend Russel to my friends. more
