Best Place I Have Ever Lived! 3/12/2010

I moved in last July to be closer to work. We had previously lived in Boulder Park in Nashua and decided to upgrade. Heritage on the Merrimack seemed too good to be true. I was nervous that it wouldn't be as great as it seemed, and I had NOTHING to worry about! The apartments are very spacious and the layouts are fantastic. The porches are quite large and it is great that the water heater is in a closet out on the porch so you never hear it. There is a washer and dryer in every unit! There is more than enough closet space as well!\r \r The staff has always been sooo nice. I had several things that weren't broken, just things I wanted to be new (ex: dishwasher rack) and they replaced it no questions asked. Everyone is so friendly! Kerry is so stylish and always friendly! Andrea is always so pleasant whenever I go in there and was so helpful when we were moving in. \r \r The clubhouse is fantastic. I love using the business center. I have never had a problem with things being broken in there more

Quality going down- rents going up... 2/12/2010

The office manager Andrea is very rude and acts like you are bothering her if you go to the clubhouse for any reason. The Bedford police are here on an almost daily basis. There are regular break -ins to all of the buildings...not forced entry according to the police...so whoever has keys is responsible. When asked about this the management team states that they are unaware of any problem.This winter the walkways and parking lots have been very icy and not salted/sanded. Many people have fallen down and complained and were told "we have had to cut back". Sand is being distributed on the walkways with a cup. I own a dog and try to be very careful to pick up his mess. I try to take him down back to the designated areas but there is so much ice in the back that it is dangerous. Plus the management company refuses to leave the lights in the back on later than 9:00 PM and it is very dark and unsafe to take my dog back there. more

Great Place to Live 9/15/2005

My husband and I lived in a two bedroom apartment. We had two bathrooms and a dining room. I couldn't have been more happy with our apartment. We also have two dogs and it was the only nice place we could find that allowed dogs. The have dog walking trails and stations with garbage cans and bags to dispose of your dog's waste. They also have a club house with a workout room, computer room, and an outside pool. The only problem was the rent was extremely expensive, our monthly mortage on our home is less than our monthly rent was. PROS: Gated community, club house, pool, allows pets, beautiful apts.
