Review content:
The office manager Andrea is very rude and acts like you are bothering her if you go to the clubhouse for any reason. The Bedford police are here on an almost daily basis. There are regular break -ins to all of the buildings...not forced entry according to the police...so whoever has keys is responsible. When asked about this the management team states that they are unaware of any problem.This winter the walkways and parking lots have been very icy and not salted/sanded. Many people have fallen down and complained and were told "we have had to cut back". Sand is being distributed on the walkways with a cup. I own a dog and try to be very careful to pick up his mess. I try to take him down back to the designated areas but there is so much ice in the back that it is dangerous. Plus the management company refuses to leave the lights in the back on later than 9:00 PM and it is very dark and unsafe to take my dog back there.
