My husband and I lived in a two bedroom apartment. We had two bathrooms and a dining room. I couldn't have been more happy with our apartment. We also have two dogs and it was the only nice place we could find that allowed dogs. The have dog walking trails and stations with garbage cans and bags to dispose of your dog's waste.
They also have a club house with a workout room, computer room, and an outside pool.
The only problem was the rent was extremely expensive, our monthly mortage on our home is less than our monthly rent was.
PROS: Gated community, club house, pool, allows pets, beautiful apts.
CONS: Extremely expensive
