I was in/out in 35 minutes with fast and friendly services.

Worst

2011 Hyundai and it's a piece of trash. And of course the warranty is up on everything that has stopped working. I'm sure that's by design!!

Excellent sales and service. I drive from Aberdeen MD so I can get my vehicle service. Friendly staff and keeps promises. In addition, Heritage does not try to sell me service work that I do not need. The dealership in Bel Air always tried to sell me service work I do not need. I will always buy and service my vehicles at Heritage. more

This is one of the best Hyundai Service Centers I have used. I always receive great service, I am explained any issues and given more opportunity to plan out a course of action that suits my expenses and driving needs. I plan to continue my visits. Plus the waiting area is very comfortable. more

Excellent Service Center 2/3/2014

I had my 2006 Hyundai Tucson towed in to figure out what was wrong with the computer. It turned out to be a wire that corroded through and shorted it out. Instead of trying several expensive repairs that wouldn't have fixed it, they took the time to go over it carefully and find the real issue. I was kept well informed of what was found and what was being done the entire time. Everyone was fantastic to deal with! If I need dealer service again, I will literally go out of my way (there is another Hyundai dealer closer to me) to take my vehicle to Heritage! more

i bought my car alsmost two years ago and i can not be more happier with the service department . very nice people and ready to help and service you right away. i never wait. they always explain to you what they need to fix, how much and what they can do to make you happy. i like this place and i am happy that my car is in good hands. more

I had a great experience taking my car here for the first time. John was knowledgable, friendly, and a straight shooter. I felt very confident leaving my vehicle in his hands. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and professional. Will definitely come again, and have already recommended the place to a friend! more

Reps are always very friendly and go out of their way to make me comfortable. I've had no problems with online scheduling; always able to book a time that is convenient for me. Work is always completed as explained and in a timely manner; and car is always returned clean. more
