My car was giving me a great deal of problems. I went to the original dealership to get the problem fixed. They put in a battery and everything went down hill after that. I then came to Heritage where I had work done before. They discovered finally where the problem source was and after a battle with the insurance company my car was covered under, Joey, my favorite Tech, had my car fixed. Yes, it was a long wait, but I was completely satisfied. Heritage always makes you feel welcomed and takes great care of your cars' needs, but Joey went the extra mile for me, and that is what I call great customer service. I will stay with Heritage. They do great work!!!!!
