They don't seem to keep parts on hand, so every fix that i have needed required 2 visits, so that is 2 days that i have missed time at work as opposed to 1. this most recent time, i wasn't even notified when my part was in, i called to find out it had been in the shop for 4 days. luckily they scheduled me immediately, however the schedule means nothing because it is always first come, first served.
the employees there are nice, however when they have surveys come out about them, they are VERY pushy about how you have to give them 10s on everything and give you a guilt trip about it how they need 10s to take care of their family etc. it makes the whole thing feel smarmy and dishonest. i came here because it is where i bought my hyundai, i believe it will shop around for my next service need.
