I was in/out in 35 minutes with fast and friendly services.

Worst

2011 Hyundai and it's a piece of trash. And of course the warranty is up on everything that has stopped working. I'm sure that's by design!!

Recalls and speaker issues 12/17/2013

I have been to this dealer many times for the same issue, that the speakers on my car keep blowing. I am now on my 2nd round of speakers and they still won't replace the system. They keep putting a band aid on the problem. This time however service was terrible. It took over an hour longer than I was told to correct recalls. I was not told what was done to my car and another speaker blew while my car was there and no one told me! I found out after I drove my car off the lot. more

They did not have my part in stock but the place was clean and my spot was right on time. Drove me to work in plenty time and picked me up right on time. Told me what other things needed to be done without pushing me to let them perform the work more

Value added service not honored 11/12/2013

Attempted to redeem free car wash coupon and was told I would have to wait an additional hour. Dealership should not offer a service that forces the customer to be inconvenienced to receive it. more

wont fix noise from muffler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 11/9/2013

Been their twice same problem, noise from muffler, no code wont fix. Head service manager suppose to call, never did. got car back oil on engine, and hood. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Watch out !!!!!!!!! Things are changing.... 10/17/2013

I was sitting in front of the service advisor at his desk having my car written up. The tech jumped in my car and parked in the space outside of the service bay. The service advisor let me know that were was service needed on my rear control arms. I agreed to have it done as I was waiting. A different Tech came from behind me and dropped a alignment print out on his desk. The advisor showed me an alignment print out on a 2012 sonata but was not my car no identification number matching mine. My car was sitting outside in the parking lot and never been inside for service. The service he recommended was false and he was just trying to charge me for service my car didn’t need. This is why you can not trust dealerships any more. P.S. All this happened inside of the ten minutes that he spent writing up my ticket. more

brake maintenance 10/1/2013

They eliminated the knocking sound from my one of my brake drums in under one hour. I had brought it to Firestone and the noise was exactly the same when I drove it off their premises as when I arrived. The service manager said the appropriate adjustment had been performed and he had no idea what else was wrong. By the time I arrived at Hyundai it was 4 p.m. and they solved the problem very quickly. more

They deceived me. Had me under the pretext that multi-point inspection was done including my fluids. ALL TANKS WERE EMPTY. NEVER CHECKED, OR TOPPED. more

Service Department is a Ripoff 9/10/2013

Get a 2nd opinion for something that is not covered under your warranty. The most minimal of work (oil changes, windshield wipers, bulbs, batteries) you should not spend the extra money in labor for something so rediculous to be taken care of. more
