I was in/out in 35 minutes with fast and friendly services.

Worst

2011 Hyundai and it's a piece of trash. And of course the warranty is up on everything that has stopped working. I'm sure that's by design!!

Efficiently Managed 7/17/2013

I had a very pleasurable service department appointment. Damon was considerate, polite and conscientious in handling my service needs. Jack's "Limo Service" was a delight since pick up and delivery of me to and from the dealership eliminated any inconvenience in scheduling my appointment. I would highly recommend Heritage Hyundai of Towson to all friends and family. more

Smooth 7/15/2013

Every time I go to get my car oil change I'm taken care of right away with no long waits :) the dealer.. I'm so sad I forgot his name but he always lets me know what my car needs and how much everything is. He explains very well. I hope there will be another survey I can take when I can recall the dealer who is a great help to me! Thank you for your excellent service more
