I was sitting in front of the service advisor at his desk having my car written up. The tech jumped in my car and parked in the space outside of the service bay. The service advisor let me know that were was service needed on my rear control arms. I agreed to have it done as I was waiting. A different Tech came from behind me and dropped a alignment print out on his desk. The advisor showed me an alignment print out on a 2012 sonata but was not my car no identification number matching mine. My car was sitting outside in the parking lot and never been inside for service. The service he recommended was false and he was just trying to charge me for service my car didn’t need. This is why you can not trust dealerships any more.
P.S.
All this happened inside of the ten minutes that he spent writing up my ticket.
