I was in/out in 35 minutes with fast and friendly services.

Worst

2011 Hyundai and it's a piece of trash. And of course the warranty is up on everything that has stopped working. I'm sure that's by design!!

Quick and good 4/16/2015

I called about 2pm requesting a 4:30 appointment and was scheduled without a problem and serviced at 4:40 and was out by 5:30pm. Great. more

Great Service Advisor 4/15/2015

Joey B. was great. He listened to me and answered my questions so I could understand, but without talking down to me. The problem wasn't fixed the first time, but that was because of an instrument malfunction. Joey made sure they didn't give up until they found the problem and fixed it. more

I got in for my regular maintenance on Saturday. The service was quick and the attendant was very professional. The wait lounge was clean and smelled fresh (i am very particular about room smells :)). All in all, I will most surely go back to Heritage Hyundai more

Great customer service 3/27/2015

Very easy experience. Dropped the car off the evening before the service and got a loner car. The work was completed the following day and was, of course, covered by warranty. Also, they cleaned my car prior to me picking it up! more

Excellent Care 3/25/2015

My car was giving me a great deal of problems. I went to the original dealership to get the problem fixed. They put in a battery and everything went down hill after that. I then came to Heritage where I had work done before. They discovered finally where the problem source was and after a battle with the insurance company my car was covered under, Joey, my favorite Tech, had my car fixed. Yes, it was a long wait, but I was completely satisfied. Heritage always makes you feel welcomed and takes great care of your cars' needs, but Joey went the extra mile for me, and that is what I call great customer service. I will stay with Heritage. They do great work!!!!! more
