Henna has hired a new Mexican used car salesman that has a background of spamming Craigslist with his Mexican note lot sleaze advertising.

Easy and Organized 11/12/2012

Needed my first service done on my truck. Notified my salesman,Kevin cummins, and he set me up to where I needed to go. It is always a great experience when working wih Kevin. When I go places I only deal with one person. Depending on how that person deals with me, determines if I return. Kevin and the service dept personnel that I dealt with is a good example of the people I like to do and continue doing business with. Keep people like Kevin on your staff and I will drive the extra 50 miles to buy a truck(I live in Belton,TX). I look forward to future business with Kevin. more

Excellent as Always 11/9/2012

Carter, my salesman, insisted on explaining to me how the bluetooth cellphone connection thing works, and I'm very grateful for that. I would have never bothered, and I'm glad he was persistent. Also, I found more "GM Card" bonus money in an email, which I brought in, two days after I bought the car, and they were willing to 'go to bat' for me and get me that extra discount. I'm very grateful. I've told all my facebook friends how excellent this experience was, and I wish Henna Chevrolet much success. more

I drove into the Service area and met with a service representative and explained I had a problem with the computer and a big staple in my tire. He said they will try and save the tire, if not I would have to buy a new one and they would reset the computer. The computer was rest and the tire was saved. I was happy. Thank you! more

Harold Mathews, President Emeritus, helped me completely resolve a recurring key-fob problem...absolutely the best service response I have ever had anywhere...have already mentioned it to several Chevy owners who bought their cars elsewhere and were not very satisfied with their dealers' service. So nice 10/25/2012

I notice that my rear light came on again that I had just had replaced so I pulled in and someone came up to the car to help me they replace the bad part, everyone is always so nice to me and they even know my car when I pull up I've been there so much wouldn't take my car know where else I trust Henna. Thank You so much more

I was told by your technicians that the back brakes needed repair. Knowing that they were well qualified to analyze the car's needs, I asked them to perform the necessary repairs to get it in a safe running condition. This was done and so far I have been well pleased. I feel that your technicians and mechanics are trustworthy, and I am very grateful for them.
