Mr. Castillo was very professional, kind and thoughtful. he put my mind at ease on my tire. I was concern on the left rear tire the psi 35 , but he informed me it was normal with an explanation so that I understood. The technican was very helpful too. more

Randall was excellent - communicating status on a frequent basis, and representing the customer to get Chevrolet to authorize out-of-warranty repairs for premature part failures. While it was disappointing the repairs took almost a week (due to fault of the extended warranty company, not Henna or Chevrolet), Henna's new loaner-car program removed the stress associated with being out of a vehicle for that long, and significantly improved the logistics challenge of getting my vehicle repaired at a location more than 15 miles from home or work. The program is significantly more beneficial and efficient, compared to the previous rental program, and has taken customer service to an entirely new level! Kudos, Henna... the very first two-thumbs-up I've ever given a car dealership in almost 30 years of buying cars! Keep up the great customer service! more

Great Service Department 3/25/2012

I drove into the Service area and met with a service representative and explained I had a problem with the computer and a big staple in my tire. He said they will try and save the tire, if not I would have to buy a new one and they would reset the computer. The computer was rest and the tire was saved. I was happy. Thank you! more

Carter, my salesman, insisted on explaining to me how the bluetooth cellphone connection thing works, and I'm very grateful for that. I would have never bothered, and I'm glad he was persistent. Also, I found more ""GM Card"" bonus money in an email, which I brought in, two days after I bought the car, and they were willing to 'go to bat' for me and get me that extra discount. I'm very grateful. I've told all my facebook friends how excellent this experience was, and I wish Henna Chevrolet much success. more

I love the body shop at Henna Chevrolet. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they always do a wonderful job. I used to take my 2004 Malibu to them when it needed repairs, and I was always happy with their service. After purchasing my Toyota, I attempted to get work done at the body shop at Charles Maund Toyota. The representative at that shop was not particularly helpful or friendly, and he quoted me a price that was twice as much as what I ended up paying at Henna. I will definitely be sticking with Henna whenever I need to get work done on my car. You guys are the best! more

Took 09 Cobalt for service, alignment front noises and airbag message. Randall, the service rep, got back with me explained what car needed, took my warranty information, got me a rental and took it from there. He kept me informed on the car status and called me when it was ready for pickup. more

Service department can't diagnose correctly & steers toward most expensive option 1/12/2008

The service department is geared towards making expensive repairs. Back in 2000, Rick Salinas charged me $1000 to replace an A/C fan clutch. Well the A/C gradually got worse and would not cool just 1 week later. The fan clutch was not the problem. It was the compressor. They didn't guarantee their diagnosis, only parts and labor. So the 2nd diagnosis was another $1000 to replace the compressor. Recently, in 2008, they suggested replacing all 4 fuel injectors rather than just trying to replace the o-rings. Why not try to replace the $2 part before the $140 part? Why not see if your $2 solution will work? Pros: Super friendly Cons: Diagnosis suggests most expensive possiblity more
