I received excellent customer service on my recent visit to Henna. I was concerned about my oil change sticker reflecting January 2012, and my change oil notification not notifying me to change my oil. I stopped in for service on April 30, 2012. The Service Tech/Supervisor, was very patient with me; and appeared to have remembered me visiting Henna. He reminded me to use my panel review to see the life of my engine oil. :) My service request was completed in a timely manner, and most of all I appreciated the excellent customer service that I received from all that I encountered during my visit at Henna. Customer service is lacking here in Austin,and I enjoy giving a review when I receive good customer service. Customer Service is very important to me!
