I spent the last 2 years researching and selecting a car to purhcase. The day finally came when I was ready to take the leap. Everyone should buy at least one new car in their lives! \r

I found the Camaro I wanted on Henna's website. I was able to see that it was the one I wanted. I called into Henna and was eventually transferred to ""BBQ"". He was quite welcoming on the phone and put a good auditory face on your dealership. I felt as if he was my advocate in this transaction. Though I know he is a salesman and his goal is to sell cars, I didn't feel like I was a cash cow lining up for the slaughter. I felt that he was on my side in this effort to purchase the Camaro. \r

When I arrived at the dealership BBQ had been pulled off to work on somekind of promotional thing going on downtown so I was helped by Al. He also seemed to be on my side during this time at your dealership. He was calming and helpful and answered all my questions. While I was waiting for financing he and I had shared some good conversations. He put a truly human face forward and this helped me remain calm during this intense time. I was introduced to Phil (I believe) whom helped me with the financing. \r

Al helped me get to know my car before I drove it off and this was extremely helpful. \r

All in all, your employees made the entire process painless and easy. I know I may have paid more than than someone who loved to haggle, I feel that premium went to cutting out the struggle and stress that can go on between a salesman and customer. Easy was more important to me. \r

Because of this, I had a fairly wonderful experience purchasing my first new car. I feel that these guys would be there for me for questions or concerns and that I will always be welcome at Henna Chevrolet. I hope all that is true because it is a good feeling. \r
