Excellent Service 1/16/2012

Took 09 Cobalt for service, alignment front noises and airbag message. Randall, the service rep, got back with me explained what car needed, took my warranty information, got me a rental and took it from there. He kept me informed on the car status and called me when it was ready for pickup. more

Service department can't diagnose correctly & steers toward most expensive option 1/12/2008

The service department is geared towards making expensive repairs. Back in 2000, Rick Salinas charged me $1000 to replace an A/C fan clutch. Well the A/C gradually got worse and would not cool just 1 week later. The fan clutch was not the problem. It was the compressor. They didn't guarantee their diagnosis, only parts and labor. So the 2nd diagnosis was another $1000 to replace the compressor. Recently, in 2008, they suggested replacing all 4 fuel injectors rather than just trying to replace the o-rings. Why not try to replace the $2 part before the $140 part? Why not see if your $2 solution will work? Pros: Super friendly Cons: Diagnosis suggests most expensive possiblity more

Best Chevrolet Dealer in the Area! 9/7/2005

I purchased my last used car from Henna Chevrolet and got a great deal. The Salesman are great (they don't stalk you as your looking) and they work with you to get you the best deal possible. Great customer service 9/5/2005

Henna Chevy is a huge car sales lot that specializes in Chevy trucks and cars. They have a huge new car lot, and a nice size used car lot too. They have a nice sales group, who are not there to pressure you into a sale. The finance office was very quick and made sure my paperwork was complete. They searched around for the best rates, and got me the lowest price in town for the truck of my dreams more

No fooling around-got exactly what I wanted 8/9/2005

Henna Chevrolet made buying a car very easy. I found the used truck I wanted, went to the sales desk, told the car salesman what I could put down, how much I could afford, and how soon I needed the truck. After a few hours, a quick meeting with the finance dept. and a once over of the truck, I drove away that afternoon in my new truck. GREAT SERVICE!!! more
