Dear Mr. Henna, Tony Elfrez has changed my view of car salesmen! He was completely straightforward and fair, zero run-around and straight to a good price comparable to Carmax (where I was trolling and comparing). Net result, I had a good car in my hands in 48 hours. He, and Rolando as well, were just sincerely nice guys. AND, Tony helped me after the sale when he didn't even have to and could have gotten out of it! Basically, after asking if/how much I could put on my credit card on Thursday, in the rush of a 7pm Friday purchase paperwork I just wrote a full check and forgot. Then, on Monday, I discovered that if I just had 2500 Continental frequent flier points, I could get one of our two tickets for our honeymoon with points! I called Tony, he grabbed the file that was still luckily on your finance guy's desk and let me come out, do a new check and get 3000 points just in time.
