Carter, my salesman, insisted on explaining to me how the bluetooth cellphone connection thing works, and I'm very grateful for that. I would have never bothered, and I'm glad he was persistent. Also, I found more "GM Card" bonus money in an email, which I brought in, two days after I bought the car, and they were willing to 'go to bat' for me and get me that extra discount.
