Great Service 1/28/2014

First of all, I arrived for my oil change at 10 am instead of my designated time, 1 pm, and they fit me in and got me out like I wasn't even three hours early. On top of that, I had a voucher for a free service that I had gotten upon buying my Hyundai, had it changed to another service, and even though it was six months late (and the dealer who arranged everything no longer worked there), they still accommodated me appropriately. They were great here! more

Excellent Service 1/21/2014

This dealership is always improving and their service over the past 6 months is getting better. All of my work has always been completed same day and I don't mind going in and discussing what my vehicle needs and doesn't need with the service adviser. I have also never been pressured into any work, basically they perform only the work that I request and provide some general feed back at the end of the visit. I think they could be better at a recap of what was done and found at check out and some service advisers are better at that than others depending how busy they are. All said and done dealing with this service department is easy and straight forward and I highly recommend it. more

Poor scheduling system, poor complimentary drink/snack and a LOUSY free car wash 1/17/2014

Need to send out emails prior to scheduled maintainance. Need to provide a bottled water/soda/snack while customers are waiting. Do a thorough job on the free car wash. They make MILLIONS of dollars on service and yet are not willing to spend pennies for loyalty and repeat businesd. more

Poor customer service 12/17/2013

Did not replace hubcap correctly or lost it. Performed service I did not ask for & charged me. Did not inform me car wash was not available, I made xtra trip back. more

From purchase to service I have absolutely nothing to say derogatory about this dealership. Matter of fact just the opposite. I am now on my second Tucson and can say the product is as the dealership-superb. KUDOS to Henderson Hyundai and to specify/Max in Sales & Tyrese in Service. more
