After being a loyal customer for over 4 years, I have been neglected. My reports on the problems with the car were ignored for a long time. Although there are some very nice people working there, they are always busy and to get an appointment takes 2 weeks. And in case of an emergency, they say you have to go to another location. I will not get another Hyundai ever with a customer service like that. more

Awful service center. Damaged more then they fixed, and was a nightmare to deal with. Will never recommend them to anyone again. The customer service throughout this whole ordeal was abysmal. I am now out 200+ because they can't do a simple repair. They didn't even tell me about the damage until after the car was returned. Both service manager's act like you are trying to inconvenience them by having their service reps actually complete the work that you paid them for. Use another dealer, this one will manage to just scam you. more

Obnoxious gongs. Pushy salesmen. Classic bait & switch sales tactics. If I could give 1/2 star or none at all, I would do so. ***WARNING - THIS WILL BE MY WORST REVIEW EVER***\r \r Last Saturday, my husband & I go in to look at a 2011 Scion. The sales guy was literally standing at the entrance and waived us in. When we walked inside it was the same old spiel. However, the allure of owning a car only 1 year old when I'd only ever owned cars 4yrs old or older was high. ""Well, maybe, let me check with my manager..."" an hour & 1/2 later we tell them look, give us this & we'll sign right now. They said no. We left. \r \r Monday - the salesman Ali calls me three times. The 3rd time I thought it was a work call so I answered it. I tell him I found an older model that I like better and that I'm not really in love with the car anyway. He proceeds to talk... long story short after another phone call & a few texts, he agrees to give us the price we asked for on Saturday as well as match my trade-in price that another dealership gave us. So I said I'd come in after class and sign.\r \r I drive 30 miles (one way!!!!) down to the dealership, take another test drive of the car & waste another 45 minutes in which Ali tells me that he can't match the trade-in price. I told him that's not what he said in his text & that's the reason I drove all the way down here so if he can't give me that then thank you for wasting my time, give me my keys back and good day. He disappears for a few & another guy comes over to talk to me. I tell him the same thing multiple times - ""I drove all the way down here because Ali told me he could give me that deal and if he can't then that's all. I don't want to bargain, I want the deal that he promised me."" \r \r I went down the street and bought an older model (2008) TC from Carmax. \r \r Thanks for being the biggest waste of time ever, Henderson Hyundai Superstore. more

Visited couple of times being only Hyundai service in and around south Las Vegas. My colleagues weren't recommending and stating that this service center is not good for any kinds repairs. Still i went ahead and gave car servicing for 2 times. It is clear that their repair engineers are not really in a position to perform any repairs. I should have listen to my colleagues. more

This center good for minor and very small services like oil changes. When it comes to repairs like transmission issues, tire alignment/balancing, brake issues, air conditioning issues, the technical staff is not well trained to address such moderate and major issues. This is only authorized Hyundai service in south Las Vegas. Though it takes little while to reach other service center, i recommend to go other service centers to get moderate and bigger repairs done. This service center is good for oil changes only. more

I was a little apprehensive about calling a car dealership, however I was greeted on the phone by the nicest person I have every spoken to at a dealership. Sheri was very knowledgeable when it came to the car I wanted to buy the Genesis Coupe. She made me comfortable discussing what I wanted in a car and we even spoke about when I wanted to purchase the car. Even though I am not ready to purchase a car at this moment, I will definitely call customer care and speak to Sheri when it's time. Great Experience !!!! more
