First of all, I arrived for my oil change at 10 am instead of my designated time, 1 pm, and they fit me in and got me out like I wasn't even three hours early. On top of that, I had a voucher for a free service that I had gotten upon buying my Hyundai, had it changed to another service, and even though it was six months late (and the dealer who arranged everything no longer worked there), they still accommodated me appropriately. They were great here!
