After they cleaned them, they came out looking as bright and soft as they were when I bought them brand new. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and competent. I could not have asked for anything better for my experience with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning! The oriental rug I have had not been cleaning in 30 years. It didn't have that much wear, but I was very pleased with the results! I couldn't believe how bright the cleaning made the rug! I wasn't concerned with how long the pickup took because I was going out of town. They picked it up and brought it back, and they laid it down for me. The guys were really pleasant. The results were just amazing. I didn't realize how dirty the rug had become in 30 years! The price was pretty reasonable too at $300 dollars. I think of it as ten dollars a year for cleaning. more

I have used this company to clean both an imported room size rug that my husband personally picked out and brought back from a deployment in the Middle East which I love and has a lot of sentimental value to me - they took wonderful care of it and the final result was a beautifully refreshed rug with no signed of wear and tear. I recently used them to clean a wool runner that was in a high traffic area in our house - which again was done beautifully and for a reasonable price. I love the fact that you can either have them come and pick it up and return it, which I did for the room size rug or drop it off and pick it up which I did for the runner. I will definitely be calling on them again in the future. more

Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning was a great company to deal with. Their service and products are all excellent. We have a large area rug that needed to be cleaned. We had it for 4-5 years without getting it professionally cleaned. We read the explanation of how Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning washed their rugs in a washing machine then take it out to finish the cleaning process. We were impressed with this, so we gave them a call. The personnel we spoke with were pleasant and informative. They gave us an approximate price, which ended up being spot on. There were no extra fees added on at the end. We rolled up our rug and brought it to their location. We saw that they had a lot of rugs to be cleaned, so we thought it would take a while to get back to us, but it didn't take long at all. They were done with it in about four days. They went above and beyond with the cleaning. They washed it repeatedly, maybe 3-4 times, in order to get rid of a path that had formed from going in and out of a nearby room. It came out perfectly. The rug looks like it's brand new again! We've used store bought products to clean the rug before, but it would just get dirty again shortly afterwards. Heirloom used a protective finish to help keep it from getting dirty, and it's really working. So far, it's been several months, and the rug still looks clean, even with our three and four-years-olds running around. We would use them again in a heart beat, and we would definitely recommend their services. They will restore your rug to excellent condition! They're all nice people to work with. Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning's price was a little high; the highest thing out there. I'm not going to say they didn't do a good job, because they did. They were timely, and everything was fine. They did a good job on the little tassels at the end of the rug, which are difficult to clean. We went there for all of their detailed processes like that that they do. But there's still a pretty wide disparity between Heirloom and the next closest guy. If they could work on the price, that would put them over the top. They're probably losing business with the high quotes they give you, not because of any customer service issues. more

I purchased my oriental rug thirty years ago, and it's never been cleaned. After hiring Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning to clean it for the first time, I could not believe how beautifully it came out! They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I called them up to schedule a pick-up, and it just so happened they were in the area, so they came THAT DAY to pick it up! They arrived promptly within half an hour. They told me it would take two weeks, which was perfect because I was going out of town. When I got back, I called them up, and they said it was ready. They were very efficient in their work and explained everything in detail for me. The price was fair. They were honest and gave me no problems throughout the whole process. I was so pleased! more

So he first tested the rug to see what kind of stains there were and once we knew what kind of stains there were they knew how to clean them properly. They did an excellent job. The guy who we worked with was very accommodating and businesslike. He took care of the problem, told me what to expect, how much it would be, how long it would take, and picked up and delivered the rugs. We were going through a flooring change at the time and he kept the rugs until I called him, which I appreciated. more
