Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning was a great company to deal with. Their service and products are all excellent. We have a large area rug that needed to be cleaned. We had it for 4-5 years without getting it professionally cleaned. We read the explanation of how Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning washed their rugs in a washing machine then take it out to finish the cleaning process. We were impressed with this, so we gave them a call. The personnel we spoke with were pleasant and informative. They gave us an approximate price, which ended up being spot on. There were no extra fees added on at the end.
We rolled up our rug and brought it to their location. We saw that they had a lot of rugs to be cleaned, so we thought it would take a while to get back to us, but it didn't take long at all. They were done with it in about four days.
They went above and beyond with the cleaning. They washed it repeatedly, maybe 3-4 times, in order to get rid of a path that had formed from going in and out of a nearby room. It came out perfectly. The rug looks like it's brand new again!
We've used store bought products to clean the rug before, but it would just get dirty again shortly afterwards. Heirloom used a protective finish to help keep it from getting dirty, and it's really working. So far, it's been several months, and the rug still looks clean, even with our three and four-years-olds running around.
We would use them again in a heart beat, and we would definitely recommend their services. They will restore your rug to excellent condition! They're all nice people to work with. It was a great experience.
