Knowledgeable. Quality job. 12/31/2012

I have a bunch of carpets that I'd never had cleaned before. There were dog stains all over them. I read an article in the paper about Heirloom, so I looked them up. They did a good job and they delivered what they promised. They had good equipment and they were efficient. I'm impressed with their service. more

I had them clean my 8X10 chinese carpet. I was very satisfied with their service. Pick up & delivery was on time. They carefully moved the furniture on pick up & delivery. All spots were removed and the colors were bright again. Every step in the process their service was excellent. more

We had an oriental rug that had not been cleaned in over 15 years, so we called them and they came and picked it up. They got the spots out that others weren't able to. We were very very happy with their work. more

Great service, friendly to customers, delivered as promised. 12/11/2012

Heirloom had a write-up in the local newspaper and a lot of people around here recommended them. I talked to Pee-Wee and found him to be very friendly towards customers, and matter-of-fact about what he could and couldn't do with my rugs. Everything was delivered on time at the amount of money agreed upon, and I haven't looked back. more

Carpet professionals who do a good job. 12/6/2012

Heirloom took care of a couple of rugs for me. They were very personable and very helpful. The quality of the work was very good and the results met my expectations. The only downside is that they're located on the other side of town from me, and it's a long way to go. They have a good service and a fair price though. more

My husband spilled red wine all over a new rug. We were very distressed, but Heirloom came out the next day. They were very positive and very friendly. They made us immediately feel that they would be able to take care of it. Now, the rug looks like brand new. more

Quality service with excellent customer service. 11/30/2012

Our home was flooded while we were on vacation. I had two Tibetan rugs that weren't in the flood waters, but there was mold all over the house, and I wanted them cleaned and sanitized. The rugs came back beautiful. Heirloom picked them up and stored them for three months for us while our home was remodeled. Pickup and delivery were great, and everybody was polite. They have good customer service. more

I had just one rug to clean that had some pet urine stains and smell on it. Heirloom got everything out. They completed the job in a timely fashion, and I was impressed with their service. more

I had no problems. Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning did a good job, and they were nice. I needed some rugs cleaned, so I went on the internet to find them. I live out in the country, so I called them, and they gave their prices over the phone. They didn't come to pick them up down this far, but I could drop them off ant pick them up anytime. It was very convenient, and they came out clean. more

Well, it was a good experience. I took the rug over to Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning, got it cleaned, and got it back. It was good service, and they did what they were supposed to do. I had called around and tried a lot of places that couldn't do it because it was a New England sheep rug. more

The carpets came out 100 better than when I took them in. 11/14/2012

Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning was awesome. I dropped my carpets off at their shop, and they explained the whole process and the care that they take to clean for animal stains. They cleaned one carpet three times and called to tell me that they couldn't get a few small stains out. I told them that this was expected because the carpet had been pretreated. The carpet came out looking the best it could have looked. more

Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning cleaned 13 handwoven carpets anywhere from 3 to 15 years old. They picked them up, cleaned them, delivered and installed them. There was one item I questioned and they took care of it. They have a video on their website of how they clean the carpets which was very impressive also. more

Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning cleaned some area rugs for us and it was a great experience. It's hard to find people around here who will even return calls and show up when they're supposed to, but Heirloom did both. They brought the rugs back spotless and did everything that they said they would. more
