I have used this company to clean both an imported room size rug that my husband personally picked out and brought back from a deployment in the Middle East which I love and has a lot of sentimental value to me - they took wonderful care of it and the final result was a beautifully refreshed rug with no signed of wear and tear. I recently used them to clean a wool runner that was in a high traffic area in our house - which again was done beautifully and for a reasonable price. I love the fact that you can either have them come and pick it up and return it, which I did for the room size rug or drop it off and pick it up which I did for the runner. I will definitely be calling on them again in the future.
