I would definitely recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to my friends and family. He did a terrific job on our carpet cleaning. We hadn't had our carpet cleaned in over six years and he removed a lot of stains. We will definitely use them again. more

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning was wonderful. They did a carpet cleaning of two bedrooms, hallway, and living room. The carpets were absolutely filthy and they cleaned them so good, the carpets are wonderful, I had my neighbor looking at the carpets so I recommended him to her. more

The best! 1/3/2014

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning is top notch. Rich always goes above and beyond to do an excellent job. I've been trying to clean my own carpet with various methods for eight years and he's done the best job out of anyone else I've let clean it. It was quite filthy before I called him and yet he made it look like it was brand new. With carpet, old dirt often resurfaces after it has been cleaned but not after Rich's treatment. He's courteous, fast, and professional. I also appreciated that he used very little water since the carpet dried within a few hours, even though he cleaned it on a very cold day. I referred him to one of my good friends and he got a huge pet stain out for her that was impossible for her to clean beforehand. I'd only recommend him! more

I used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to do the carpets in our living room and bedroom. Rich did a really great job and was really friendly. He was also very thorough. However, I was a little disappointed that he raised the price from the quote he had given me over the phone. I guess the room was bigger than he anticipated, but I think it's a fairly standard-sized living room. He was here for longer than I thought he would be (about two and a half hours), but he was very thorough. He called to let me know when he was running a little late for the appointment, which I really appreciated. more

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning gave me prompt and professional service when they cleaned the majority of the carpeting in my house. This was the first I've used them, and I would say it was a good job. more

Rich showed incredible attention to detail. 12/23/2013

First of all, Rich from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning was very flexible, in terms of working with me on his day off on the weekend. He accommodated me on a Sunday and showed up to my house at the time we agreed upon. He did me the courtesy of vacuuming everything first to get all of the pet hair. He then shampooed it very well, before deodorizing it with some magical solution that got rid of all the dog smell. Something else that really stood out to me was that Rich made a point of noticing all the small stains and pointing them out to me both before and after the cleaning. more

We had three bedrooms that needed to get done. We called Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning about two days before, so he was readily available. He was a professional and super nice guy. He also did the mats in our van. We asked him to do that the morning of the visit, so that was really nice. more

Very friendly and efficient! 10/29/2013

Rich from Heaven's cleaned my entire upstairs including all four bedrooms. I was very sick the day he came and he was totally nice. He worked quietly and was conscious about me not feeling well. He also got every stain out of my carpets which I never thought would be possible. He was also able to come in the time frame I requested. I called last week and he came in on short notice. I really wanted it done before my daughter's birthday and he was able to do that. more

Rich did an excellent job. 9/30/2013

I called Rich from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning up on a Monday and he asked me when I needed him. I told him 11:00 on Friday morning. He was there right on time. I own a home and I'm about to sell it. I had tenants in there prior to that and they had left some big stains on the upstairs hallway carpet. He was able to get those out. He didn't guarantee that he would be able to, but he did. He made the carpet look brand new, which made me very happy. Definitely higher him. You definitely get your money's worth and you'll be very glad that you did. more

Rich from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning was very thorough. He did a great job cleaning up multiple stains that were embedded in the carpet for as long as I've been in the office (at least 4 years)! He did everything in a timely manner and did a really great job. more

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning was great. Rich was really great because he responded via email quickly, which definitely made me want to use him. He was on time and did a really good job. He was also easy to talk to, even though it's often pretty awkward when people are in your house. He was definitely a cool guy. more

This was the second time I used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. I specifically went back to Rich because he had done such a great job for me. Carpet cleaning is what he does and he arrives on time. I showed him a special area that needed a little repair this last time he came and he said he could do it and did an excellent job. So that was something he hadn't expected to do when he arrived, but he included it for me and got it done. It was great! He's a perfectionist and you can rely on him. more

Excellent. 7/11/2013

I had an older dog and he had lots of accidents, to the point where I thought my carpet was totally ruined. I had two other companies come but none of the stains came out. Then I used Heaven's Best and it's like I have brand new carpet. I can't get over how Rich got some of the stains out. I've used him 4-5 times now. He is on time and has never let us down. more

They were very punctual and worked very hard. The carpets were very clean when the guy left, but the bad sports came back up again eventually. I recommended my daughter to use them. more

Rich from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning did the best job of cleaning my carpets of anyone I have ever hired before. My stairs were pretty stained and worn down because it is a high traffic area for my house and he really put a lot of care into making them look the best they have ever looked. more

We had excessively dirty carpets that he was able to make look close to new. He was very willing to go the extra mile to meet our scheduling needs because we had some special circumstances. He was very accommodating and hospitable. We definitely plan on using them again, and we have used them before and had the same service as well. more

Great. 5/8/2013

The first time he ever came, he came just to try something because my whole carpet was really bad. I had it steam cleaned and it didn't come out, and I thought it might be ruined. I called up Richard and he said he would give it a try and wouldn't charge me if it didn't work. It turned out beautifully, he got it completely cleaned. more
