I used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to do the carpets in our living room and bedroom. Rich did a really great job and was really friendly. He was also very thorough. However, I was a little disappointed that he raised the price from the quote he had given me over the phone. I guess the room was bigger than he anticipated, but I think it's a fairly standard-sized living room.
He was here for longer than I thought he would be (about two and a half hours), but he was very thorough. He called to let me know when he was running a little late for the appointment, which I really appreciated.
