Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning is top notch. Rich always goes above and beyond to do an excellent job. I've been trying to clean my own carpet with various methods for eight years and he's done the best job out of anyone else I've let clean it. It was quite filthy before I called him and yet he made it look like it was brand new.
With carpet, old dirt often resurfaces after it has been cleaned but not after Rich's treatment. He's courteous, fast, and professional. I also appreciated that he used very little water since the carpet dried within a few hours, even though he cleaned it on a very cold day. I referred him to one of my good friends and he got a huge pet stain out for her that was impossible for her to clean beforehand. I'd only recommend him!
